Privacy Policy

The short version. mNemo Automation LLC builds local-first, sovereign automation. We access financial data only to operate the software you authorize, we store it on infrastructure we control, we never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models. Your data is yours.

Who we are

mNemo Automation LLC (“mNemo,” “we,” “us”) is a single-member limited liability company based in Omaha, Nebraska. This policy covers data handled by our software and services, including our internal QuickBooks Online integration. Contact us at jeremiahjorgensen@mnemoautomation.ai.

What data we access

When you connect a QuickBooks Online company to our software, you grant access, via Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization, to accounting data in that company. This may include:

Company profile and accounting reports (Profit & Loss, A/R aging)
Customers and their contact details
Invoices and related transaction records

We request the minimum Intuit scope required (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting) and access only what the requested feature needs.

How we use it

We use this data solely to provide the functionality you ask for — displaying financial summaries, reading invoices and customers, and creating records you initiate. We do not:

Sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for their own use
Use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning model
Access your data for any purpose beyond operating the software you authorized

Where it lives & how we protect it

Consistent with our Sovereign Standard, data is stored on infrastructure we control. OAuth tokens and secrets are held in encrypted, access-restricted storage and are never committed to source code. Access tokens are short-lived and refresh tokens are rotated. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and delete it on request or on disconnection.

Sharing with Intuit

Our integration communicates directly with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API under the authorization you grant. Intuit’s handling of your data is governed by Intuit’s Privacy Statement.

Disconnecting

You can revoke access at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → My Apps → Disconnect) or by contacting us. On disconnection we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and remove stored tokens.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your authorization. Email jeremiahjorgensen@mnemoautomation.ai and we will respond promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy as our software evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
